Why Was Invenir Created?
Hello, I’m Jim Recker, co-founder and CEO of Invenir. If you’re reading this blog, thank you for visiting us. I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Invenir and share why we created it.
Artificial intelligence is changing the rules of business. Software, in particular, is being built and released faster than ever. But one part of the process hasn’t kept up: product launches. A product launch is where cross-functional teams come together to bring a new product, service, or feature to market. This involves defining how a company will reach its target audience, communicate value, differentiate from competitors and, ultimately, achieve sales and revenue growth by integrating product, marketing, sales, customer engagement, and distribution.
Most companies still struggle with product launch execution. Launching a new product or feature often takes weeks, sometimes even months, because teams are siloed, coordination is manual, and resources are stretched thin. The result? Missed market windows, wasted budgets, team burnout, and worst of all, customers who never fully realize the value of the innovation they’re paying for.
The cost of poor product launch execution is staggering. According to IDC and the Aventi Group, poor sales-marketing alignment can drain 10–15% of annual revenue, while Boston Consulting Group estimates that GTM inefficiencies cost businesses over $2 trillion globally each year in lost revenue and wasted expenses.
These are staggering numbers, and why Invenir was founded. We’re going to get you to market faster and accelerate your revenue opportunities so you’re not leaving money on the table and providing more value to your customers and shareholders, if you’re a publicly traded company.

Who We Are
Invenir is an Agentic AI company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. We’ve built a Multi-Agent System (MAS) platform that includes AI agents designed to coordinate product launches from release to revenue.
But our platform doesn’t just automate tasks. It uses personalized AI agents that work together like a super team. Our agents strategize, plan, create content, execute, and continuously analyze every step of a launch cycle. And always under the supervision of human oversight for accuracy and brand trust.
The benefits to your business:
Launch new products and features in days, not months (up to 60% faster)
Cut launch costs by 60%+
Accelerate measurable revenue growth from day one
By harnessing the power of Agentic AI, we’ve reimagined the product launch playbook, transforming it from a bottleneck into a continuous growth engine.
Why We’re Doing This
The traditional product launch model is outdated. Whether a company launches quarterly or weekly, the process is slow, fragmented, and resource-heavy.
Slow launch cycles: 6–12+ weeks to release a single feature
Siloed teams: Marketing, sales, and support working in isolation
Manual coordination: Endless email chains, meetings, and handoffs
Burnout & churn: Teams overwhelmed, customers under-informed
For fast-moving companies with rapid feature velocity, this is no longer sustainable. With AI changing the product launch playbook forever, companies can now enjoy launch execution that matches the pace of their product innovation.
That’s why we built Invenir. By replacing fragmented workflows with an orchestrated system of intelligent AI agents, we eliminate waste, accelerate time-to-market, and ensure every release is delivered with precision, personalization, and measurable impact.
The Bigger Picture
We believe Agentic AI will redefine how businesses operate. Where GenAI creates content from prompts, Agentic AI orchestrates complex, outcome-driven processes across teams and functions. For product launches, that means:
Faster, smarter launches
Better alignment across product, marketing, sales, and supportContinuous optimization that compounds over time
Our mission is simple: move at the speed of innovation by making product launch execution autonomous, intelligent, and scalable.
Our Founders’ Experience
Before starting Invenir, our leadership team spent decades in Silicon Valley, where we’ve worked with some of the world’s most influential technology brands, telcos, systems integrators, managed service providers, and channel partners. Companies like Amazon Web Services, Avaya, Cisco, Webex, Ford, HP, Microsoft, Motorola, VMware, Verizon, Telmex, T-Mobile, Orange Business, Dimension Data (now NTT), and CDW.
We know first-hand how difficult it was to bring new products and features to market. Every launch required coordination across dozens of stakeholders, departments, and partners, often taking weeks or months to execute. The process was fragmented, stressful, and far too slow for the pace of innovation coming out of our DevOps and Product teams. That lived experience is what inspired Invenir. We’ve been in the trenches, and we built the platform we wish we’d had back then.
A Final Word
So, who is Invenir? To sum up: we’re the first-movers, the shakers, and the dreamers. We’re the team building the future of AI-driven go-to-market.
Product launches are simply too important to stay broken. Too many companies are leaving millions of dollars in lost revenue on the table because of outdated processes.
For investors, it means a massive, under-automated market ready for disruption.
For customers, it means faster launches, less stress on teams, and more growth.
For launch teams, it means turning the chaos of product launches into a repeatable, revenue-generating engine.
Thanks for the read, and welcome to Invenir!
